How do I create a bot?

After registering in the dashboard, click the 'Create new bot' button and follow the simple setup steps: specify the bot name, configure the greeting and dialog scenario. The whole process takes 5-10 minutes.
How much does a plan cost?

We have 3 plans: Starter ($49/mo) for small business, Pro ($149/mo) for growing businesses, and Enterprise with custom pricing. All plans include a 7-day free trial.
Can I change the dialog scenario?

Yes, you can change the dialog scenario at any time through the visual editor in the dashboard. Changes are applied instantly and do not require restarting the bot.
How does the bot integrate with Google Calendar?

In the 'Integrations' section of the dashboard, you need to connect your Google account (OAuth authorization). After that, the bot will automatically create events in your calendar for new client bookings.
Are other messengers besides Telegram supported?

We currently support only Telegram, but we are working on integration with WhatsApp, Viber, and Facebook Messenger. Stay tuned!
What level of support is provided?

Starter and Pro plans include email support with a 24-hour response time. Pro also includes Telegram support. Enterprise clients get a personal manager and priority 24/7 support.
